Qualification Requirements to Rent:
- Direct Homes & Management, Inc., Works Directly For The Owners Of The Property As Leasing Management Agents.
- Information Made Available On The Applications May Be Shared With The Owners.
- Direct Homes & Management, Inc., Will Accept All Applications Regardless Of Race, Color, Religion, Sex, National Origin, Familial Status, Handicap, Ancestry, Marital Status, Or Creed.
- Monthly Gross Income Should Be Three Times The Amount Of The Rent.
- Non-Refundable Application Processing Fees Are $50 Per Adult (18 & Up).
- However, Up To $150 Will Lower Deposit @ Lease Signing (3 Signatory Tenants).
- The Fees Are Payable By Certified Funds With Applications.
- Applications Must Include A Copy Of Photo ID And Verification Of Social Security Number.
- A Credit Check, Rental History, Employment Verification, & Criminal Background Is Included In Background Checks And Usually Can Take 24 To 48 Hours To Process.
- Upon Acceptance Of Application, Tenants Will Have 24 Hours To Put A Deposit On The Property By Certified Funds & Sign The Lease.
